Management, the maintenance department, and the technicians worked their magic on my 2023 Ducati Supersport 950 and made it run better than new. They fought on my behalf with Ducati North America to get my repair done under warranty. Over the past two years, they have been professional and courteous to me and done everything in their power to make me happy customer.
Purchased a bike there 2024 panigale v4 and was never given my spare key or the rear seat. Have contacted them multiple times and they have done nothing. Skip the dealership and especially Jamie as she knows and knew nothing about the issues I had. She was a full c u next Tuesday.
