Jason M., Richy (sorry for spelling if wrong), and Vince C. at Ducati LV were all fantastic while I was considering a used Multistrada. The sales team weren’t pushy and they were great about referring me to Vince with Service for technical questions. The pricing and credit checking process went smoothly and I wasn’t pressured into agreeing to anything I didn’t want. After agreeing on price and terms, I was out the door with a great used tourer, and will be returning for maintenance!
Everything and everyone was great no pushy people made me feel at home and believe me I don't even look like a bike guy they fed me and even delivered my indian for me so happy with the hole experience really do look forward to seeing them again ladies and guys were all super people you sure deserve a five star ya made this old man happy
I rode to Vegas from out of state and a major issue showed up on my bike after I got there. The Folks here went above and beyond to help me get back on the road safely and I can't thank them enough for what they did to help me out
Great experience, buying a used SFv4s. Flew in from Arizona and rode it back, the team was great with communicating before hand which made the process extremely easy once I got there. Definitely would consider them again when I eventually want to add another ducati to the garage.
