Update: Title was available and provided. However the manager just played underhanded games. Fortunately he is no longer employed for the business and he did enough damage to the repetition of the business. I would love to tell the whole story but I will take the high road. They have lot to learn from other Ducati dealers. It is not a place I would return as long as existing management will be around. Have some business ethics
