My first contact was with a young woman who went immediately to her first question, which was "What is your first name? I found that off-putting. She could use some smoother social skills.
Danielle: Has a gentle manner about her, has a nice spirit and when she works on you, your in good hands.
Arika does a great job and she makes me feel welcome. I can actually look forward to my visits to the dentist. Dr. Dubravec is very caring. He makes sure I understand everything. I appreciate the follow up phone call following a surgical procedure.

Appointment was Professional
For many years, Rebecca had been the only technician who cleaned my teeth for all of my visits until she left in Sept. 2012. Danielle took care of me on Tuesday and I would like to have Danielle take care of me all the time. It was wonderful seeing her again as Danielle used to clean my teeth.
As usual the entire staff were friendly, courteous and professional.
The staff is very friendly each time I come in. Dr. Dubravec is very pleasant and thorough. I am pleased with my care and feel very comfortable with having do my work. Thank you for your time!
