My personal experience with Dubois Dermatology has been wonderful, I have been to a few derm offices but this one truly cares! Even when I told Dr. P about my concern of my skin on my wedding day she came up with a great solution. Thankful for this office!
I was started on monthly injections for chronic hives. I received 2 doses and was scheduled for my 3rd dose. My daughter ended up in children's hospital of Pittsburgh the night before my appointment. There were 2 messages left with their answering service to notify the staff that I wouldn't be there as scheduled. The answering service didn't bother to relay the message so the medication was mixed and had to be wasted. I called multiple times to get rescheduled but never got a return call. Can't complain about Dr Pfingsler.
