Great Service. I got a call from Tim to ask about my unit, as I had emptied it and removed the lock. He saved me a month’s rent by telling me about it, as I forgot to tell them I was moving out. Not often this sort of thing happens these days. Great Service!!!
This place is not like others. There is an ease to the rental process. The environment is pleasant, kind of rural, but convenient, with plenty of space to park and turn around. We have two storage units here and they are clean, dry and easily accessed but protected and secure. But what really stands out is the customer service. These people go out of their way to make the truck rental and storage process easy.
