Months ago I bought a car from Dublin INFINITI. The sales manager promptly offered me delivery service as I was unable to drive it back. So I made the purchase. Then one month later I got a toll violation notice from that delivery... Immediately I sent documentations and evidence to the dealership and INFINITI customer service; their client representative promised me to deal with it properly. I was having a problem with my G37 hardtop convertible (the Top was stuck have way open). I brought my car to Dublin Infiniti on a Saturday with no appointment. The guys in the service department took real good gave of me. Reprogrammed my convertible top and had me back on the road in less than three hours. They even washed my car for me. I love the there.
