RecommendedService person Lincoln was waiting for me and readily available as I arrived, kept me up to date with service time as I waited and the price was unexpected and made me happy. Thank you Lincoln and thank you Dublin Infiniti!
The first guy I met when I walked in was pretty rude, but after the next two helped me, I’m pretty satisfied. Kyle was super nice and Lincoln is super informative and kept me updated on my car, he was the third person to help but he’s really great at his job. Overall satisfaction, I’ll rate it a 4 out of 5 just because the first guy was pretty rude; I never got his name.
Raul who is the online internet sales rep is not an honest person and he doesn’t follow through. I have had nothing but bad experiences with this dealership and they’re poor customer service since the Pleasanton dealership closed. I have been a loyal Infiniti customer for many years but this most recent experience was the last straw with these guys. @INFINITIUSA I received the worst Customer service @DublinINFINITI by Bobby Victorino on Friday 10/4/19. No customer should be treated the way I was. Very irresponsible Service Advisor. This is the worst INFINITI dealer I have ever been to! I was mistreated and lied to about my service repair time.
John Kada is a rockstar! Just bought an Infiniti from him and was continually impressed with his service and attention to detail from beginning to end. He is knowledgeable and not in any way pushy or difficult to work with. Going in solo as a female for a car purchase can be a bit intimidating but he was very helpful and made the process incredibly smooth.
