I brought my elantra in for an engine issue and the service advisor was supper helpful. Even though the engine was out of warranty they were able to get me a new engine at no charge.

This place lacks professionalism, and any resemblance of actual service! Not only did they cancel an appointment with less than 6 hours notice (after weeks of waiting for the appointment), but they failed to accommodate any additional dates or times. Just blamed the situation on a staffing shortage and never responded! They have proven to be unethical based off several reviews from various sources ! They are the true carriers of the assinine reputation of Car Dealerships!

Lack of accountability, disrespect to customers an our wishes. No regard of how they knowingly took our money an did not place it towards our purchase vicheal an clearly stated we get a FREE ceramic coating to NO COST to us But still charge us for it 2500 extra dollars that we DIDNT agree to after he verbal communicated it was FREE. Unethical dealership. STAY AWAY!!! I went with my daughter to help her purchase a car. We had already been approved for a loan through our bank. Because it was after the bank had closed, they wanted to do a secondary finance application. Ive dine this before with no problem. After waiting for 1.5 hours, I went to go find our salesman Naveed. Absolutely horrible sales and service experience. Brand new car with 6 interior/exterior damages, the exterior chrome is already oxidizing. It appears they tried to "solve the chrome issue" with a stainless steel wire brush...now the car has thousands of scratches in it. 10 days later still driving a rental while paying for a more expensive car. Their business is a wreck, go somewhere else.
