I wasn't seen until 25 minutes after my appointment time. Once my name was called everything was great! My only complaint was waiting to be called since I had other plans that day.

I should have pursued it because after the mold had been made and I went to pay my bill, I was very surprised when it was almost $400. I couldn't believe it. I was then told the mouth guard was $250.
