Dublin Chevrolet has been a great experience each time I am here. They are helping me take good care of my 2018 Chevrolet Cruze. Every time I come in, they give accurate times of service and either supply a courtesy shuttle or a comfortable place to sit and wait. I highly recommend them.
the service waiting room is barely that and with the noisy fan the tv on infomercials and the radio blasting over the top of bot it was a unwelcome environment to have to sit through for 90 minutes to the point I had to go out side and sit at the only bench I could find. chevy you need to learn something from Toyota and how they treat thier customers

I had the unpleasant experience of dealing with Mike Ornelas today. He does not listen to the customer, he continued to try to push vehicles on us that we told him we were not interested in at all. I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership in the last 18 mos and due to my experience with Mike today I will never do business with Dublin Chevrolet / GMC.
