I too had a horrible experience. I got a call from a Mary Ell, Not only did she just ramble of specifics and not listen to my answers, she tried to pair me up with a job that was Wayyyy under my qualifications, and wouldnt listen to me, like she was reading from a script. I know recruiting can be a tough business, but her lack of detail and listening made sure I would never work with The Dubin Group.
