I’ve been a patient of Neil’s since the mid 80’s. He has always been straight forward with me and is exactly what I expect from a dentist. His staff is also top notch and efficient. No complaints from me.

This is my second visit. I decided to give them another chance after the dentist offered numerous services that were not needed during my first visit. I understood, businesses survive on return customers. Waited 45+ minutes to be seen. When inquiring after 15 minutes the receptionist interrupts me stating, "Your appointment is at 9:30 AM." Yes ma'am and it's 9:50 AM. "Oh well, let me see what's going on. She was late today and is behind with another patient." No problem, wait another 15 minutes. I've been going to Dubberstein Family Dentistry for a few years now, and the staff has always been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone.

Very petty over $25.00. Charged for an x-ray that was not necessary. Quoted me a wrong price. Definitely not the place to go. Dentist started yelling when asked about price change. Unfortunately my dentist was out of town and was recommended here. If you are on a budget DO NOT COME HERE! They will tell you one thing and change the price completely.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Zane Dubberstein for the past couple of years. He always takes plenty of time to explain options and procedures and is always happy to answer any questions I have. He’s very knowledgeable and it shows in his work. Would highly recommend to anyone.
