We put in a P&S on a home in Waterboro and called Dubay Home Inspections. I left a message and Randy called me back within an hour. We made arrangements for the inspection and Randy did the inspection on the appointed day. He did a very thorough job pointing out many things which we would not have seen. Buying your first home, or any home for that matter, can be a stressful time. Randy's professionalism, attention to detail, and knowledge helped to make the process not only less worrisome but more importantly I became more educated during the in-depth inspection. -15 degree weather, 10 inches of snow on the ground and roof...none of it stopped Randy from climbing up there and uncovering some areas of concerns.
