Unfortunately, I didn't get the chance to have landscaping services completed by Duarte due to a poor customer experience. I booked an appointment for an assessment with more than a weeks notice, and the team waited until 30 min before to tell me they wouldn't be able to come. Not for nothing, I had taken time off work to ensure I was home for the assessment. I called them to talk about our options, they said they would call me back, and never did. Getting the quote was easy someone came out pretty quickly. Once we approved the contract we were scheduled pretty quickly. We were rescheduled once due to weather and I received an email with a new date. My only complaint is that it was not clear to click the link to confirm the date so I missed out and I was scheduled for another. I was concerned that the team didn’t arrive until 1pm and didn’t think they’d complete everything but they were fast and efficient. Worked with a professional team to set up an appointment that fit our needs. Very responsive to our questions and concerns. The work is amazing! Our yard and garden was immaculate! Highly recommend!
