Michael Duarte does not have the ability to obtain a sheet metal permit because he does not have a license, he gave us the run around for two weeks about obtaining a permit for sheet metal that he was supposed to get at the beginning of the job and thought he was going to get away with it until the inspector caught it and asked for the permit number at the end of the project when it was time to approve our Certificate of occupancy. Be careful, Michael doesn't have a sheet metal license. Did work on a project I was running in Dorchester. Get to the end of the project and this guy didn't get the sheet metal permit. Inspector tells him what to do, I myself tell him how to go about going and getting the permit so the inspector will release our certificate of occupancy, and he goes around in circles lying for a week. Do some investigating and find out, well….. he isn't going down to 1010 Mass ave to get the permit because he doesn't even have a sheet metal ... read more
