Excellent service!
They called right away and told me exactly what I need to know.
Total crap experience. These guys didn’t care if they made the sale or not. Had to call them back three times when they said they’d call me and eventually just called and said they didn’t want to do the deal anymore. This was after we had already agreed on numbers. Honestly, totally unprofessional. Avoid them.

Purchased the vehicle. Got it home and the vehicle wouldn’t start because because it had two totally dead battery’s reading at 10.5 volts.

I'm sorry that you had a battery issue.The salesman was unaware of any battery issues with the truck and had it start right up when it was brought in for pre-sale prep.All I can tell you is the vehicle is a 15 year old truck with high mileage that was sold to you at a discounted price far under retail in as-is condition.There was no intentional neglect on our end, and I apologize for any inconvenience you incurred with your used truck.
They worked their tails off.this is a great dealer ship that cares about their customers. Can say enough good
