I ordered my contacts in September. It’s May, 9 months later and I still don’t have them. I was never updated that their provider dropped them, I got a sample pack and they gave me the wrong proscription. I ordered off of 1800 contacts and got my contacts a WEEK later. I spoke with someone just now May 12 2023 and she seemed annoyed that I was asking her for an update and expressing in a very kind way that this was very inconvenient for me and I would have liked an update.
