I can’t say enough good things about this company. I’ve lived in one of their properties for nearly 7 years now and they are great. They always address any issues professionally and very expeditiously as well as follow up when the work is completed. Highly recommend.
Put in an application with this company. All in all it costed $120 dollars for the credit check and also making us register our pets with some internet company who makes you purchase a year subscription. All to have zero communication from this company as to where they were at in the process of picking a tenant. We rented from DHI for 11+ years, as with any relationship there were some ups and downs, however anytime we needed repairs they got them done quickly, and Bill was fair with the deposit assessment when we moved out. These guys get a bad rap from disgruntled tenants on their reviews, but all in all they are a very fair place to rent from.
If i could give no stars i would. Im moving back from Texas to be near family and Bill was more worried about putting me through eviction than working with me. Denied due to employment verification when i sent him last two paystubs and my new job offer. Seems they could care less about building a relationship with tennsts.
