5 STARS is NOT ENOUGH to describe how THANKFUL and PAINFREE I am for the EXCELLENT SERVICE EVERYONE there provided to me.  Dr Bernstein and his staff stayed AFTER HOURS (after 7pm to well after 9pm) to help me become PAINFREE.    That’s saying a lot from me, as I have always been afraid of anything and everything dentistry.    I can HAPPILY say I will be back for all my dentistry needs.  PLEASE know I appreciate the fantastic service provided to me

Remember the old saying “That was as fun as a root canal”? Well, you can forget it now. A few weeks ago I went to my dentist and they said I needed an emergency root canal. My dentist called Dr. Bernstein’s office and they got me in at 7:30pm that same day and did the procedure that night. The staff was excellent, they texted me throughout the day to get everything setup. I had extreme pain in my tooth. I needed a root canal. I called them at about 3:00. Because of my pain, they managed to get me in at 5:30. I arrived and they were so polite and helpful. I have never been treated this well at any medical office. The office staff was amazing. The doctor was amazing. My tooth could not be saved, but the doctor explained my problem completely. All in all, a great place.

He did good work on my tooth. However, he would leave for like 15-20 minutes without warning it would be awhile. He is also quite rough handed. Also, he along with your treats your body like a cadaver. Things were almost entering my nose (long tools) and I had to tell HIM to be aware. Even though had he been a considerate professional, I would not have had to. Will not be back.

Dr. Bernstein worked diligently on two teeth that were having major issues. I just had root canals on these teeth done a few years back in Gainesville but they were not done thoroughly which led to pain and major infections. Dr. Bernstein explained the situation and spent a lot of time fixing previously inadequately worked root canals. I have never seen the complete level of care when working on a tooth.

Wonderfully patient and diligent with his work, good "bedside" manner, friendly staff! He suspected that there was a SUPER tiny additional root in my tooth and had me come back after the tooth had some time to heal to make sure he completed the root canal successfully. Normally that sort of procedure would have made me nervous but I wasn't at all, the entire time! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Dr. Bernstein was amazing! My 15yr old needed a root canal done. I was really worried about the procedure. I've heard horror stories over the years about people having further damage done by dentists not properly fixing a root canal. I can honestly say my son hasn't had any pain at all since his root canal was done by Dr. Bernstein. If you have to be one of the unfortunate people to have a root canal please go to Dr. Bernstein. You will not regret it. God bless!
