They just finished hardwiring our hot tub in for us and I cannot say enough good things about this business. They were great with communication, got us a good appointment when there was a cancellation, and did exceptional work. Professional from beginning to end. We have a couple smaller projects we need done and when we are ready we will be calling Du-Rite immediately.
Thanks to office manager Amy for squeezing us into the schedule, and thanks to the two really friendly, professional guys who came out and took care of our questions. Great experience, I will definitely call them again!
These folks were phenomenal! Ready to make service call in a moment! But first they trouble checked over the phone to save me money and Ed solved the problem immediately. No service call! I'll use this business forever!!!!
