Offer free exchanges! I could understand paying shipping to return an item, but I don’t agree with paying a shipping charge for an exchange. The shipping cost for my exchange is almost as much as the item I ordered!

Just bought my second underseat storage bin for my 2018 F150 and it's even better than the one I bought for my '09 Ford. Still the same heavy ABS plastic, but the dividers are much better. Best aftermarket upgrade you can add to your SCab/SCrew! One watchout is the warning about the fit not being compatible with the factory sub-woofer. Great product for storage. Helps alot with getting my truck into shape.
I purchased the "tote" a couple months ago and I am using it for tools for my work(not recommended). Don't put anything in the top trays that have much weight to them, I put some screwdrivers and some other hand tools in the trays, everytime I drive down the road the trays just fall into the bottom of the tote. This tote would probably work well for a sportsmen. But don't put tools in it. Otherwise it works ok.
I got an under seat tray for my 2015 Silverado from an online company. They sent the wrong one for my truck, but I found that I live 40 miles from were they are sent out from and company headquarters is there. I called them up and I just took the wrong one over and they swapped it out for the right one. My Humpstor leaks like a sieve! Every time it rains I have to bail the water out of it. Tech told me it's not 100% water proof and to use silicone on the hinges! Water and tools/guns don't work well together.
Great product. I'm hard on mine and it's durable. Everytime I open it my guns/shell boxes are dry and organized!
