Absolutely horrible. The management company discriminates against veterans and peoples with disabilities. I disclosed my support animals (2 dogs, registered with papers, tags, and a doctors note) denied the property because owner said "NO Pets" when I informed the management that they are not pets but working dogs. The woman I spoke to was very rude and told me told me did I really want to live in a house that didn't want me, and said she would just find some other reason to deny me. I have lived at the same house for over 9 years before it was another company that managed the house everything was perfect,but the owner for some strange reason changed with this company, they are very rude, they have a very bad attitude, when you make the monthly payment you have to send a photo of the receipt, because it is not enough for them to just notify them by call, for anything you have to report of them they want you to send them a photo and written what is happening, the last time we reported something was the to... read more
Just so happened to look the address up and I saw alot of negative reviews.. Well I been renting from DTT and don't have anything bad to say. Before I moved in, house was clean, an exterminator came out and thoroughly treated the house, attic and grounds, not to mention pressure washing house and driveway. What ever/if broke gets fixed. And again, I've had no negative issues at the property I'm at due to the rental management nor by the owner.
This company is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! The office staff is rude! They are absolutely unprofessional!
