The only electrician I call. He answered my call every single time. I never needed to leave a voicemail or wait for a return call. Sometimes he was able to help me the very next day. He helped me seven or eight times with various jobs such as running hot tub wiring, soffit light installation, indoor light installation and adding additional outlets. In person the employee was very nice and polite. I may have been that bad day person or the customer they they didn't care about. I called and we agreed to set an appointment for a Monday and I was told to send a text with my name/address but they never told me a time. When they hadn't shown up most of the day on that Monday I called them and they said they didn't know anything about it.
