Save your car, he did damage to my electrical system and then denied it. don't let a non certified installer screw up your ride! stay away! his low price was BAIT , heck I would give ZERO if i could. I had another shop in town FIX my car. This Guy knows nothing about electronics caution!!!!
I would highly recommend DTP to anyone. For those with negative remarks, move on. Take your business elsewhere and see if they would tolerate your pettiness. Folks lets grow up................................
Owner Ray Sr. always readily available when needed. I would recommend them without a doubt. For those who rated them poorly, go somewhere else and leave DTP alone.
DTP is the place to go. The owner Ray Sr. goes above and beyond for his customers. Many have gone back complaining about their purchases that were made several months and even years and still Mr. Ray tries to resolve their issue(s). If you go anywhere else with that scenario, you would be turned away immediately. There are too many folks out there just trying to abuse his good faith. Shame on you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DTP has worked for me and I would recommend them to everyone that I know. They are loyal and hard working people. Keep up the good work.
I have been going to DTP for the past 6 years and NEVER have I had a problem with their service. Unfortunately for those customers that have nothing positive to say should take their business elsewhere. DTP proudly provides each customer with the utmost care, extremely knowledgeable,friendly and their prices are affordable. Try going elsewhere and see if you get that included in your purchase.
Very helpful and explained it every step of the way. Prices are very good for the high quality of work being done. I have been there 3 or 4 times and no complaints at all. They really know their stuff a DTP
Window tint prices are really affordable, especially for the work done. I even decided to get a radio done as well, and dont have any gripes.
I recently got my remote start put in by them, and it works perfect. I'm glad that everything is great especially since the bad review. Great staff great service, and yes I would recommend them!
