Great service, was able to schedule an appointment quickly and everyone was incredibly polite.
Place is very hit or miss. I’ve been overcharged prior on other visits after they tell me my insurance didn’t cover everything, when it’s their job to tell you if you are maxed out or not, then they call asking for more money months later. Today took the cake though as I wasted more than an hour in the patient room and only received x-rays and a teeth brushing. Nobody answer a phone , have been calling for 2 weeks everyday and nobody answers. No way they always on the phone.
Dr. Park & his team are so great at taking the anxiety out of dental care! 2025 update: The office has gone downhill a bit since I first became a patient. The front desk is atrocious; I called three different times to try and make a routine appointment and ended up giving up after being put on hold for an inordinate amount of time on each.
