Got my doordash stolen once, great times!
Rents prices are a steal for tenants.
Management and maintenance is horrible. No hot water for 48 hours…… can’t shower for two days. My whole body stinks. This is unacceptable. They can try better to get it fixed but they didn’t try enough.
Checked out a listing here. The concierge was very friendly and explain the security measures in place to protect the building. It made me feel more secure there is an emphasis on building security.
The management at this condo is inadequate. The elevators frequently malfunction, and by the end of the month, the building becomes crowded. During this time, you can expect long queues in the lobby, no available parking, and the front door often fails to function. I highly do not recommend staying at this condo.
