The management at this condo is inadequate. The elevators frequently malfunction, and by the end of the month, the building becomes crowded. During this time, you can expect long queues in the lobby, no available parking, and the front door often fails to function. I highly do not recommend staying at this condo.
you’re considering living here, think twice. The management is completely unresponsive when it comes to essential services. Today, one of the elevators was out of service without any prior notice, leading to 30-minute wait times just to get out of the building. Worst experience in stays this so called high rise or tallest building in KWC. Terrible and horrible maintenance 1: the garbage chute get into maintenance or not working for every day it hardly works 4 times a month. 2: garage door will be broken every 4 times in 4 months 3: visitors parking for 400+ residents is just 3 spots I wonder who planned this??!! 4: the main entrance was closed and inoperable since ages. 5: funniest part is the management ran out of salt during winter maintenance. 6: the heating system failed in pea... read more
