Feels just like India here , Kitchener is the new Brampton !
Very disappointing experience at 60 Frederick (DTK) on Saturday, 17 January. I do not want to generalize or blame all team members, but what happened on Saturday, 17 January, was completely unacceptable. During our move, 19 pairs of shoes and chappals worth approximately $300, including new ones, were thrown away by the concierge staff without making any enquiries or asking anyone.
