Very professional and are very clever when they are cleaning up after others that have left a big mess. They get you back in business very quickly.
Response from the owner 3 years ago The real story is that they called up DTECH Computerist, Inc with one problem on an old Mutoh printer in April, 2019. The problem being that the black color was not printing. We gave her an estimate of $3k and she had a heart attack. And this was for a new $2000 printhead, driving 200 miles, and 4 hours labor. This is so cheap for anyone who knows anything about wide-format repair, especially on old printers. Mutoh would probably charge $2500 to walk in the door. And most others will only ... read more
