Be warned everybody Detroit Edison's out there hacking trees... Don't bother to call and complain about the crappy tree cutting job because they'll not only deny having somebody out to cut your tree they'll have no record of it so they can't even tell you who was on your property cutting your tree. Just the worst. Pure monopoly mentality. And the hourly robo-call harassment that begins on the due date is next level greed.
Power out again. Second time in two months. There wasn’t even a storm this time. I’d like to say their service has gotten worse but since moving into this neighborhood, outages are fairly common. Awesome work guys.
DTE used to have excellent customer service now they have AI answering people and you can’t get a human being to save your life. This is unacceptable!! We need to speak with human beings.
Is everyone seeing the extremely low reviews for this company? Why are they allowed to continue to exist? Why isn't the Michigan Government going after them for their poor reviews? Customer service is in the toilet with this company. Responding to customer concerns also in the toilet. This will only get worse if they are allowed to deploy what are called "social credits."
