This company is poorly run and managed. We live in Williamston Michigan and a few times a month we lose power. Could be a few minutes, could be a couple hours. Sometimes days. I try to report it each time and that has nearly turned into a part time job. They have a number to call during office hours which is not an 800 number. If you call that number the recording gives you 800 numbers for wires down or gas leaks, and tells you to hold otherwise —-and then it automatically disconnects you! They’re good at restoring the power, as they should be because it goes out ALL THE TIME in Springfield Township.
I lose power every time there is a storm or rain of any type. This company is failing their customers, and they are an embarrassment to the people of Michigan. They should be dissolved and public utilities should be returned to the people. Michigan has one of the least reliable power grids in the nation due to this company.
The most absolutely least reliable energy company. Keep putting in solar farms and wind mills so you feel good. As my generator is running on consumers natural gas....
