DTE is used out dated equipment at 2565 s. Wayne Rd. Westland Michigan 48186 ! The power keeps going off hear at the apartments for no apparent reason. They keep fixing and the same thing happens yet once again. I've filed a complaint with the BBB and DTE refuses to answer it . DTE doses not want the BBB or the American people to know they're wrong doing and the fact they are using bad equipment. BUT THEY WANT THERE PAYMENTS ON TIME don't they ? Horrible customer service. "Dave" who is clearly not in the US has zero clue what he is talking about. Their service is constantly down and the prices just keep going higher. Not to mention they charge you for paying the bill. I think it's time to add solar to my house.
