I can’t speak on the mechanical work, but the customer service was very bad. Brought my vehicle in and got it diagnosed. I was told I would be contacted about what repairs would need to be done and costs. I came back in several times just trying to get a price. If there was a negative he would get it for sure, took a week and a half to come get my car after telling me 2 days no big deal, finally came to get it on Aug 11th.... today is sep 2 and still don't have my car, simple trans flush and filter change. Evertime I call it should be don't tomorrow if everything goes smooth. MY CAR HASNT MOVED FROM THE SPOT HE TOOK IT FROM THE TRAILER FOR OVER 2 WEEKS!!!
Travis worked on my 2013 Malibu and I was beyond happy with the services. Not only did he fix and go over the issue I was having. But he also inspected the whole vehicle to let me know if there was anything else going on that I didn’t know about. He showed me some other stuff that needed to he done. But he didn’t try upselling me and telling me I needed it right now! He just told me it’s not in horrible shape at the moment but it will get there so we can replace it later on. Been taking my car here for a while Travis is super friendly and he does it right doesn’t cut any corners
Super nice shop very nice guy that does the work. He was very fast reliable and efficient. I will 100% be going back here for any future needs that I have with my car.
