Very disappointing customer service. I had made a booking a couple of weeks prior to have a technician come to my place. The day before the scheduled booking date i received a phone call in the morning asking if i could change the appointment to that day instead. I changed my plans to accommodate this request only to have them do a no show. 12.30pm the following day and still no word from them until i called them to ask what has happened.

I recently had a split type AC installed in my bedroom with DTC Industries Company. The quality of the installers and the job itself was exceptional. The 2 personnel that did the job were friendly and professional and finished the job on schedule. I would not hesitate to recommend this company, for any work of the same nature.
