Do not use DTC. They installed my AC unit on my newly built home in 2013 and the AC unit had a refrigeration leak within 5 years of the installation. When I called to get the warranty work done, Carrier would not honor the warranty (10 years) because DTC didn't register the unit with them when they installed it. They installed a new evaporator in 2020 and it is now leaking AGAIN at the exact spot that the technician soldered. If you want persistent AC leaks, use these guys. Otherwise, take your business elsewhere.
DTC was amazing! I called at 8am and they were out to fix our broken AC by 10am. Michael stopped by and walked us through the repairs and damage. He’s Q’s terrific to work with. By noon, the AC was back up and running and cooling the house down. Thank you so much! Spared us another sweaty night of sleeping.
Unfortunately, this is yet another HVAC "service" company that doesn't like to fix systems but they'll be happy to put you into something new for thousands more for no reason whatsoever.
They are hands down the absolute best! We have had to replace 3 A/C units over the last few years and each time DTC, Kevin, and their service team have made it the easiest experience possible! I highly recommend DTC for any HVAC needs!
I have referred DTC to my clients up to this day. On May 23rd, my client used DTC for a service and maintenance call. The technician visited the home and performed over $500 worth of work. After seven years with no issues, the HVAC unit stopped working yesterday. My client called DTC to ask if the technician could return to ensure that the previous service did not cause this issue.
