Just left and all I can say is wow there service is amazing and with a 14 year old dog I was very nervous about him , they absolutely made him feel amazing and comfortable !! Can’t thank you enough for the wonderful care of my puppy the way he is looking and acting!!!
I made an appointment for 3pm. They have hours listed until 5pm. I planned to drop my dog off & pick him up before 5pm. I made a dr appointment for myself and then was planning to get him right after- again before 5pm. When I got there I was told he would be done in an hour and I had to pick him up at 4pm. I know D’Tails and Lourdes for over 10 years already and was never ever disappointed. They are friendly, on time, the price is good, and they listen to your concerns. They take really good care of our little yorkie Peach, every single time. ❤️
I can’t say enough wonderful things about this pet salon. They are so much more than a groomer. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and eager to make your fur baby feel welcome and loved. Our Husky Shepherd mix loved her first visit today and she’s excited to know she will be going back 🐕💕

The groomers at D’tails are always kind and gentle with our little Piper. It seems like they always do something a little special each time we take her for a visit. We wouldn’t take our baby anywhere else.

I followed D'tails from Winter Springs Town Center to their current location. I have always been happy with the grooming, but more important is that my Daisy is always very happy and beautiful when I pick her up.
