I had a terrible experience with DTS Green Construction. After purchasing a garage door opener through Lowe’s, I was assigned to DTS Green Construction for installation. Communication was poor from the start. Kim, who handled scheduling, was difficult to reach and rarely responded. The installer, Asher, texted me at 12:55 PM saying he would arrive in about 25 minutes.
