I've been there three different times since it reopened and every time has been great! Friendly staff, great food, and very clean!
Food was wonderful, waitress was adorable and friendly. The house is unbelievable!!

Walked in and was seated almost immediately but then waited over 10 minutes for them to decide who should be waiting on us. Salad and bread were good. I paid $19.99 for the country fried steak special. There was nothing special about it. It was over cooked and very salty. Husband had the stuffed hamburger steak. Service was very good. Delilah devoured her rib eye and loaded potato. My meatloaf special was wonderful with a tomato bisque type sauce that gave it a touch of fire. The Brussel sprouts with bacon went down so fine. Nancy had gumbo but it was too spicy for her so we got onion soup which she also did not care for. It was not the soups fault she only likes potato soup but we tried. Both the soup and gumbo tasted fine to me. To top it off the carrot cake killed it. We will be back next time we visit her mom.
Update: the owners responded to my post on Trip Advisor with “This same exact post is on our Facebook page on April 19th 2018 and this one November 6th 2018. Word for Word. Not sure when this customer was actually in or if they came in at all.” Heads up Tom, I am real.
