Douglas S Pencille (DSP) has a very unprofessional problem with leaking private information. Clients that hire/pay him hundreds of dollars for private inspections that contain private information are having their reports end up in the hands of realtors and other people in the industry without owners permission/consent. Clients that hire/pay him hundreds of dollars for private inspections that contain private information are having their reports end up in the hands of realtors and other people in the industry without owners permission/consent. In one case this compromised the homeowners property value. This is a result of the all too cozy relationships some Home inspectors have with realtors.
We have used DSP's services many, many times. He is very knowledgeable and communicates his findings properly. One of the states best inspectors we have come across. We highly recommend.
