I actually worked for this company a bit (I made a commercial for them, DSP skincare on YouTube) although the owner is old-school and difficult, the products were actually great, and I still ordered from them even though we had a falling out (he was VERY demanding and ignorant about production!). ANYway, I ordered skin care products from them a while, but suddenly stopped receiving my orders. I contacted their "customer service" multiple times (very nicely) but heard NOTHING ever. The help was ok, however the store inside was soooo hot! It made the shopping experience very uncomfortable. Not enough employees to help customers and at the register. However, the person that helped me was nice.
