I've been a patient of Dr. Koenen's for more than 20 years. I followed him from Capital Square to 801 Grand and now I'm following him to 500 Grand. Dr. Koenen is a true professional who is kind and respectful to all of his patients.
Great group of people to help you! Very helpful and courteous staff! We have two extremely active boys who are always needing their glasses adjusted or fixed and these folks do it quickly!
LOVE these folks! Megan and Shawn are so patient and helpful when it comes to picking out frames and lenses and Dr. Koenen is great to work with. He's very friendly, funny and is genuinely interested in helping his patients. The last 3 years I have had EXCELLENT customer service and and experiences at 801 Eye Care Center. Thank you guys! :-)
