First time ever writing a review but it needed to be done. This company is absolutely horrible and Jessica should not have a job anymore. Phone was cutting in and out and couldn't get the actual price of the items. Had a coworker call back to see if they would have any luck-you guessed it same terrible service!
Wow, Jessica is notorious! I have never written a review on anything before, but this lady was sooooo bad, I just had to do it. I ordered a few items to give DSM supply a try, as they seemed to have pretty good prices on everyday supplies like electrodes and Sombra cream. After two weeks, I called to check on my order. I was told that it was on its way and was scheduled to arrive on April 28th. When the order had still not arrived by May 2nd, I called again. Horrible customer service!!!!!!! Have not received all of my order, which was placed one year ago and having trouble getting my money back. I have called numerous times and never get a callback!!! When talking to customer service, they are extremely rude and never any help at resolving the issue. They say they make their own products which are superior products....NOT!!! Will never do business again and a disgrace to the Healthcare industry!!!
Absolutely horrendous. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. So many fraudulent charges on my card following one order for TENs units. I, like many others, believe they are involved in a money laundering business as the same business is operating under multiple names. Liberty Supply, LLC is one, DSM supply is the other, Chiro PT Supply is the third. Did an order through them. Got half my order. They said they would refund me for the portion i didn’t receive but that was a lie. These people are dishonest and should NOT be in business. Avoid this fraudulent company!!
Fairly certain based on our experience and based on the experiences of many other reviewer‘s online that this money laundering business. Their MO seems to be taking peoples money, waiting for months to send them any product, and then not refunding them for either not sending the product or giving them the wrong product. VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I wouldn't even giving them a star if I didn't have to. They are deceitful. I seriously think the lady that helped me on the phone thinks it is ok to treat people poorly. ZERO STARS. Do not order from this company - they are corrupt. They don't send the products - in fact, they allow you to process an order for products they don't have and never tell you. After a month of not receiving my order, I called and they never call you back. When you speak to someone finally, they say they will call you back and dont. I have tried 3 times to get my money back and guess what, they say they will call you back and NO REFUND. They STOLE MY MONEY.
