In 2013 our office started Dental Sleep Medicine and DSM Solutions helped us grow our practice and help understand the procedures needed to get insurance approval, and proper billing techniques. Their team training approach was extremely helpful. To this day they are still helping our practice continue to grow and help manage our Medicare enrollment. Nicole and Dr. Greeman are a tremendous wealth of knowledge. Our office highly recommend their services!
Nicole and Dr. Greenman were absolutely fantastic walking my team and me through the process of educating and treating our patients with their sleep apnea needs. Their knowledge and skill was apparent by simplifying some of the more complicated aspects of treatment. Also, a special shoutout to Nicole for helping with the Medicare application. That application VERY challenging. Nicole was tireless in her support in getting that completed for us.

DSM Solutions is extremely knowledgeable about sleep-disordered breathing, both clinically and administratively. Between the highly responsive team always replying within hours (if not minutes) and Dr. Greenman's breadth of experience with sleep disorders, there isn't a better place to learn about implementing sleep in your own practice. Nicole makes the education part of it entertaining because she presents in the information in an easily digestable way. Highly recommend!
