We have been a happy customer of DSL ever since we adopted a dog who turned out to have separation anxiety. He goes to daycare several days a week. When we drop him off he is always ready to get out of the car and get in to see his friends. When we pick him up is happy, relaxed and a little tired. I know he is well cared for at DSL and we are glad we found them.
Amazing Staff! Took excellent care of my 2 dogs while I was out of town. I loved the daily photos of the all the dogs during play time! They've definitely earned a repeat customer with me, and I recommend them to anyone looking to board, or for daycare (I've also heard great things about the results of their training services).
I was very frustrated. When I have called to get information and it started out really bad. Girl who I spoke with on Sunday was not helpful at all. She sounded very frustrated and was eager to get off the phone with me. On Monday when I called back to set up an appointment, I was hoping to get someone else to talk to, once again I got her and it was the same thing. It makes me very uneasy to trust someone who does not have time to explain their process to me. Very poor customer service over the phone.
My dogs love going to DSL! Their play areas are outdoors, so they have plenty of space to run around and play games. Each time they go for daycare or boarding, they come home tired and happy! Also, I really enjoy being able to see photos of my dog's playing on their FB page. I've even framed one!
They have strange drop-off/pick-up times, I've picked up my dog muddy and wet before and they didn't even try ti hose her down and dry her, so my car won't be messy. I told them numerous times and then Kaitlin just stopped meeting me outside to pick up my dog and sent someone else, like she was ignoring me because I was mad at her for asking her to have my dog clean, really?!? Poor customer service and weirdest dog kennel I've ever been to.
