Very bad experience, I do not recommend WARN Winches, MF Warranty doesn't work. Here is my story: While dropping off a 2023 roll-off empty bin, the winch stopped engaging, you can hear the motor spinning but will not move the cable, looks like gears worn out. I called Texas Pride bc I bought the new trailer on May/ 2023 from their factory and thought that I was covered under warranty.
