Dan was very professional and thorough. He arrived early and began performing his inspection upon arrival. He explained his findings and his conclusions in detail while on site then provided an extremely detailed report that same evening. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspector.
Dan was very thorough in his inspection while making sure I understood ever step of it and how to correct problems. The inspection was to identify areas that need to be addressed prior to selling my house. He clearly identified what HAD to be done vs suggestions to help with selling.
