The receptionist got my information and took many pictures of the car and told me they would call soon. Almost a month later, I called for a status update and was told to bring the car in the following Monday. It then took 4 days to replace the bumper. 5 Star : Returned Clean

However this date was never correct and up to date in general. Every time the app would say ready by and date we would call and the secretary would tell my wife “It’s ready when we call you and say it’s ready”. Very unprofessional. 5 Star : My Experience I’m so grateful for such an amazing experience with the DSA collision team. The receptionist was always welcoming and Jeremy was very informative and genuinely cared. Great work hands down!! I’m completely satisfied and will refer people as well.
