Absolutey egregious service. As of this review, my water delivery that I've had with Sparkletts for 6 YEARS, has been rescheduled 10 times. I was assured by multiple Sparkletts' representatives, all during recorded phone calls, that my next delivery would be on-time, correct, and free. Nope! Guess who's driving to their distribution center tomorrow to talk to them in person? Me. I will be making the 35 minute drive to their distribution center tomorrow because of this. So far I’ve been a customer for 21 years and have not missed a beat. I have gotten different drivers and they are still providing the best of service and getting my fresh water at home. I have family in Austin and they too have a great service.
Customer service has gone way downhill. I have been a paying customer for many years and recently have seen multiple instances of deliveries just not showing up. I have not had a water delivery in a month. They still bill me for the privilege of having to call in to customer service and ask for a reschedule. I would not recommend this service to anyone as they have little regard for customer loyalty, let alone meeting their transactional commitments.
