This company WILL not come and check if you have a warranty issue , in fact they won’t even return your calls ! Just horrible customer service . Original post I’m saddened that I have to rewrite my original post. This is only my experience, after an initial installation and work in Oct 2023, I was convinced it was the best value for money. As a single mom I unfortunately was misinformed and had a situation where rework needed to be redone to seal off an area of a downspout. Unfortunately, my experience with them is bad. They replaced our roof in 2020, and since then we had 3 leaks in different places. Twice they came and repaired next day, I have to give credit, but 3rd time I was not able to reach anyone on the same phone and had to pay another contractor for repair out of pocket. Today, I noticed that a spot where they have repaired a leak in the attic last year is wet again. Unfortunately our experience was bad which now makes me question any of the positive reviews. We had soffits and gutters only replaced to change over colour and reinstalled new pot lights recommended by them to match. After a few months there were leaks and overflows which we didn’t have before this work was done. The owner at first said he would come fix but eventually said we had structural issues and they couldn’t be fixed. We also learned the pot lights installed had been discontinued for a some time. We hired this company to do all the soffits, fascia and eavestroughs/gutters. Short version: multiple leaks and they said it is our roof's fault because the shingles do not overhang by 2 inches so they can't fix it. Fascia is wavy so they "fixed" it by pounding it with screws. Disappointed because we hired them to fix the leak. But there are more leaks now than before just in different spots and our fascia looks is wavier than the neighbour's 50 year old fascia.
