I have used a few different pool services and DS Pool Service is by far the best. The staff is very kind, the pricing is very reasonable and they have my pool looking amazing! I couldn’t be happier.

We are first time pool owners who have no idea what we are doing. They tested our water for free and recommended all the needed chemicals to get our water crystal clear. We had an issue with our pump and they came out to our house to look at it & told us how to fix it. We will be customers for life!

We are first-time pool owners and the folks at DS Pool Service have been absolutely lovely every time we’ve called. Their pool opening team let me pester them with questions while they worked, and they patiently explained the basics to me so I could try and maintain the pool after they opened it. They have also replaced several parts for us and I always felt they went out of their way to provide the most cost effective options. I’m glad to have found them and all of their positive reviews are well justified!

RecommendedWe've used several local pool companies over the years and have to report that DS Pool Service, Inc is far and away the best. Their customer service is excellent and they are very conscientious about their work often going above and beyond to solve problems and recommend solutions to potential issues. I recommend DS for opening, closing, maintenance and repairs and their retail store is also very good.
Thank you Sean and Dustin for taking such an interest in my pool. You guys always answer any of my questions promptly and give great advice. I love how knowledgeable all the girls are at the shop as well. Every time I need service your company is right on it. One feature I love is how you store the pool cover for the season at opening. This helps prolong the life of the cover and gets it out of the way at the house. Had trouble getting my water clear for over a month. Added chemicals and treated water several times. With the help and knowledge at DS my pool water was accurately tested and I was given a treatment plan that worked! They beat out Lesilies pool store big time on prices as well! Thank you so much.
Horrible service. We asked them to open pool. They sent bill and said they came and open pool. 2 weeks later, pool is still green. They didn't vacuum, they didn't pool plugs, they either opened the wrong pool or never showed up.

First I want to say that I'm sorry that you are disappointed in the service that we provided. However, your expectation of what is included in a pool opening and the results that are able to be achieved at the time of a pool opening are unrealistic. Our basic pool opening includes start up chemicals as well as vacuuming of the pool for up to an hour.
