DS Pool Service has been awesome the past two years. They reply promptly to questions; their service guys are knowledgeable and friendly; they really try to build a relationship, not just make as much money as possible. We used someone else before them, and I am SOOOO much happier now. I recommend them without any reservations.

RecommendedHad another pool company but since DS was closer, went to them to purchase something. They were so courteous and helpful, I asked about pool covers. They came out when promised, measured, answered the million questions I had with no pressure. I'm definitely changing to them. Customer service seems as important to them as it is to me and in today's world, especially, that's really important. Their prices are competitive and I have every confidence in the work I have scheduled with them.
DS Pool service provides exceptional customer service and are extremely knowledgeable within the industry. Recently, my pool area got struck by lightning rendering my pool pump and light useless. Within 1 day, they were able to diagnose and replace the pump to get me operational again. Some of the best prices in town. Stop in and check them out!

It was very helpful having the 3 valet services in the beginning of the swimming season to get the pool up and running. I would like to commend Matt and his partner regarding my last valet service for the pool. It was 5:30 pm when I pulled up into my driveway. Matt's partner offered to move his van so I could get into the garage, and Matt was in the backyard by the pool equipment. We want to let you all know about the fantastic service we just received from Sean, Dustin and the team at DS Pool Service in Royersford. We were making the final plans for our U16 girls soccer team pool party when the pump for the pool sadly took its last breath. In a state of panic given the party is just a few days away we called Sean at DS Pool. Excellent service!!!!! Our filter was replaced and ready for use in less than a day after contacting DS Pools. Furthermore, Dustin and Tom were friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions regarding the new unit. Very fair price,too. We will be calling them for our future pool needs. DS has been great. Always available for questions. They installed a new pump and filters for us quickly and no problems.
I've been very happy with DS Pool service. It's nice to catch a break every other week and have them help me keep my pool clean in the summer time
