I rented a vehicle through them 3months prior to the event, I then was told to pay the deposit a week of the event, that was paid, then they tell me the vehicle I originally paid for isn’t available now. I spoke to one of there team members he specifically told me that he would give me extra for the inconvenience, they then turn around and take $500 of my deposit for the same exact thing they promised me….Terrible business I would never rent through them ever again…😡

I had a great experience with DS Luxury. The team welcomed me warmly and the person in charge of the photoshoot was very patient and professional. They made me feel comfortable throughout the session, and I had a lot of fun taking photos with the luxury cars. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

I booked a chauffeur service with DS Luxury for prom and initially had a good experience with booking and communication. However, after the rental, my refundable $500 security deposit was withheld due to an alleged scratch on the vehicle. I requested proof/documentation because no one was on or around the hood of the car during our rental, but I’m disappointed with how the situation has been handled so far. Horrible. They have a $6k deposit requirement that they do not disclose. Why? Because they are a bunch of liars and scammers. I did not even use their services due to them being deceptive about disclosures and they refuse to give me my money back. They will pay.
