Update: I got a call today on 10.26.26 from Mathew who was able to get the deposit returned to me on today's date. The customer service was excellent and the vehicle was great so everything is a 5 star not including the time it took to recover my deposit. I rented a orange Lamborghini for my wedding on 10.10.26 with a $6,000 deposit. Spent the weekend in Chicago. Went to a beautiful dinner at Trump tower. Walked out needing an uber and was asked if I needed a driver. Not to mention some pretty beautiful cars!
The most INCREDIBLE customer service! Stayed in Chicago for the weekend and the level of care we received was beyond measure (thank you Emil)! The variety of vehicle experience was fabulous! Rolls Royce suv, Escalade top tier, Mercedes Maybach. Along with personable drivers.
Absolutely excellent luxury car rental service! We rented six luxury cars for my wedding, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. The communication was great, the service was friendly and professional, and everything went smoothly. I even received an upgrade to a nicer vehicle, which was an amazing surprise and really appreciated. They were very accommodating and made the whole luxury car rental process easy and stress-free. I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend their luxury car r... read more
