I rented a Ferrari F8 Spider from DS Luxury for my wedding and left a $10,000 deposit. At pickup, the vehicle was inspected and photos were taken. Upon return, a different staff member tried to point out vague seat wear that looked like normal use. I repeatedly asked for before-and-after photos—DS Luxury only provided photos after the rental and after a so-called “repair,” but nothing showing the seat’s condition before my rental.
