I called at 8:15am, they were here by 11:00 am. Austin was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job. We've owned this property for 3.5 years and the garage is very old. The door now is so quiet. You barely here the door open. I'm very pleased with their service. Austin gets an A+++++++
We hired them to install 3 garage doors. Garage cable broke 6 months later. Charged $175. Cable came undone again on the same garage door. 1st tech came out said cable was installed too long. 2nd tech came out charges $175 again. Then he tells me he doesn't even know if it's fixed. It will work for now. Save your time and your money....

I hate to break the chain of good reviews but the facts are the facts. I called D's Garage about an issue with my new garage door. To be clear, I purchased the garage door from Menards in Paducah, Ky and a Mexican Family Construction installed it. After several months, I realized the garage door was looking more and more crooked on one side. After taking a closer look, some of the bolts had come out from one side.
