Awesome, friendly and helpful instructors that help you reach your goals! I get a great workout everytime! They make it challenging but super fun! I recommend DS Fitness to everyone! I started going there with absolutely no experience and I have and I have never really worked a day of my life besides an occasional walk or bike ride before DS Fitness! An amazing find. Went to Phoenix for work and looked for Zumba class within the five mile radius of the Sheraton Crescent Hotel. The free courtesy van dropped me off and picked me up. The drop in rate is reasonable, the instructor/owner is butt kicking awesome and I have never felt more welcomed by room full of strangers/now friends in my life. Thank you for the highlight of my trip to Phoenix.
She is an amazing instructor, took my first Zuma class by her and fell in love with zumba! Have yet to find an instructor that works me as hard as she does!
Love this place, I go at least twice a week. No judgment, no meat rack.
